Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations

You may cancel your scheduled service by contacting us at jrrcamara@gmail.com or +1 (407) 360-8033.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit.

• After work has started: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

• After substantial completion: No refund is available once the agreed service or installation has been delivered.

3. Delays Caused by Client

If the client fails to provide necessary information, access, or materials, the project may be paused. After 30 days of inactivity, Sky Building LLC reserves the right to consider the project completed without refund.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or supply chain issues).

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
